Located on Main Street in Skaneateles, this newly renovated pet friendly rental is just across the street from the elegant Mirbeau Spa. While the house has a lot of luxuries and a refined decorating style, it still has a comfy cozy cottage feel. It features a great kitchen, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. In addition to being a pet-friendly property, it's also located within walking distance of the village's great selection of restaurants and boutiques, as well as the lake itself!

Not only is everything that the village of Skaneateles has to offer just outside of its front door, but this lovely rental also has lots of great amenities:
| The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, new appliances and seating for up to six. It also has a freezer, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and cooking utensils |  |
| The living room has plenty of space for six people. It also has a queen size sofa bed that can be used for sleeping at night |  |
| In addition to the sofa bed, the Master Bedroom has a King bed and the Guest Bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms include linens. |  |
| The homes two bathrooms have a tub and shower and linens are included. |  |
| Additional amenities include car and boat/trailer off street parking, garage, washer, dryer and AC, as well as an outdoor grill, wireless broadband Internet and TV with DVD player & cable. | This is a non-smoking rental. Children are welcome, and pets are also considered. This is a great rental for family-friend gatherings and weddings. Additionally, we ask that you keep outside noise to a minimum after 10PM. We also don't allow fireworks. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. |

We couldn't have asked for anything more. Everything was provided in the house and we didn't have to worry about anything. It made my family's experience in Skaneateles even greater than expected. We will definitely be renting this house again in the future.

Fantastic clean home with yard that is fenced. The dogs loved it. Very convenient to downtown. Owner super nice. Our family had a relaxing stay and enjoyed the best of downtown Skaneateles. Fishing is prime for salmon and trout this time of year. This location gives easy access to Cayuga Lake and Auburn. Highly recommend.

Thanks for another wonderful vacation and stay at your house. We had a lot of fun and really enjoyed the large yard and back deck. We had a wonderful time in your wonderful home. Perfect location – close enough to town and yet far enough away from the crowds on the weekend. We enjoyed the deck and the great yard. We used the public boat launch on West Lake Road for the kayaks. Ate at Joes Garage for my son’s birthday – great meal! We use Home Away at least twice a year and your home has been our favorite find so far. Thanks for everything.

We stayed at 888 West Genesee for two weeks. I honestly can not think of a thing I would change about the home and I am very picky. I wish the home were a little closer to the village. We walked it a few times and it's fine, but most of the time we took the 1 minute drive. Excellent!

This rental was presented properly on the internet and was found to be very clean and quite liveable. Also, the large fenced-in yard was perfect for our two dogs. It is also centrally located to many wonderful places to enjoy and very close to Rosalie's restaurant which we found to have excellent food and service.

We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at your home in Skaneateles. The home has everything visitors could want, and then some. Our children loved playing in the back yard, making s'mores on the grill (love the deck!), and watching the chipmunks and birds. The location is so close to the village, we felt that we were right in the heart of it all. Thanks for a lovely home away from home! We would love to come back again.

We had a wonderful time in Skaneateles, NY. Your home is very beautiful and really comfortable. Our children loved the big yard as well as the large driveway for their scooters.

Had a wonderful time here in “Skinny-atlas”. The town was gorgeous and everyone was so friendly. Took a tour of the Bead & Skiff distillery and it was fantastic. Also, we enjoyed burgers at Chee Chee Burger in Camillus. It is just a short ride away, but definitely worth it. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time at your vacation home. The home is very comfortable, roomy and absolutely beautiful. The yard, as you know, was just an amazing treat especially for our children and our two little dogs. Thank you so much for this wonderful place. We had a wonderful time in Skaneateles. We loved being able to walk to the village and the lake and then come "home" to make a meal and relax. Our dogs loved the giant fenced in yard after hours of running from one end to the other. We don't think we've ever seen them this tired! This was our first time visitng the Fingerlakes Region and we know we'll come back again (and hope to stay here).
